Measuring 28 feet long and 8.5 feet wide, this tiny house provides 250-sq-ft. of living space. The exterior is decked in rustic farmhouse style siding with cedar shake shingles on the top while there are white shiplap walls and ceiling contrasted with solid wood trim inside.
The minimalist interior in combination with the open-concept layout makes the living spaces bright and spacious. As you step inside, you will find a cozy living room equipped with a sofa that includes storage space. Next is the kitchen with shaker-style cabinets, countertop, a farmhouse-style sink, range hood, retro fridge, and a dining bar.
The bathroom is equipped with a large bathtub with shower, flush toilet, round sink, and overhead storage cabinet. The master bedroom lies at one end of the tiny house and the second one is located above the bathroom.

As stated on the official website, the Hummingbird tiny house is a perfect amalgamation of charm and elegance with rich wood details, earthy tones, and a natural theme. The pricing for a fully-loaded model is about $129,999 while the XL model is priced at roughly $141,499.
