For nearly 15 years, France-based Quadrapol has been crafting sustainable and livable tiny houses for individuals who appreciate the space, which efficiently adapts to their needs and modern lifestyle. A case in point is the Kangourou tiny house, which features two bedrooms on a single-level configuration, catering to a small family. The dwelling is perfect as a rental, Airbnb, work-from-home space, and more. The options are infinite.
If you are wondering about the size of the house, it measures 27 feet in length. The exterior is finished in thermo-treated wood cladding and topped with a steel frame. Its numerous windows and an entrance door ensure an adequate flow of air and natural light. On the other hand, the interior boasts 204 square feet of single-level design without the hassle of climbing stairs, making it ideal for seniors as well. The house is compact, but it comes with an abundance of storage and multifunctional spaces, providing you with the convenience of a regular home.
A kitchen, dining room, bathroom, and two bedrooms offer comfortable living. The combined dining and living spaces occupy the heart of the tiny house. It is a flexible space, which includes a fold-down table, revealing a storage shelf, and seating. When not in use, a table can be folded away to create more space.
The kitchen is adjacent to it. It is compact but compensates with its high-quality furniture and modern outfitting. It has a generous countertop space, built-in cabinets, a cooktop, and a refrigerator.
Across the kitchen, you will find a small bathroom. Though compact, it is well-appointed with a shower, toilet, vanity sink, and enclosed by a sliding door. As we aforementioned, there are two bedrooms. The master bedroom has a double bed with built-in storage and a basic back shelf. The room has ample headroom to stand upright and optimal glazing to keep the space bright and airy.

The Kangourou Tiny House is a thoughtfully designed and crafted dwelling with features that adapt to your requirements. As the company aims to make each dwelling sustainable, this dwelling can also be a self-sufficient tiny house with the addition of solar panels, a rainwater collection system, a gas water heater, a pellet stove, dry toilets, grey water treatment, and more, which can be done with the right installations and upgrades. For the time being, the tiny house is priced at €61,000 (roughly $71,200).
