Regardless of how functional and impressive the interior of a micro-dwelling is, if the exterior isn’t just as exquisite the mobile habitat won’t pique anyone’s interest. Sweden-based tiny house builder Vagabond Haven knows this pretty well and has unveiled a brand-new Lily 403 tiny house on wheels in gorgeous metal and wood finishing.

The 24-foot-long and eight-foot-wide tiny house is built on a double-axle trailer. It features Thermowood and aluminum siding and roof and well-insulated 2-pane PVC windows, each adding character and durability to the house. The green wood finish blends pretty well with the black metal accents to flaunt a gorgeous exterior, while the windows allow plenty of light and air to permeate the interior.

Vagabond Haven has accoutered the home with French doors that lead straight into the living room. Unlike typical European dwellings, the Lily 403 tiny house has a living room with a single sofa, allowing plenty of space for moving around. Much of the available floor space downstairs is allotted to the home office. Equipped with a chair, closet, desk, and lamp, the home office is both functional and spacious. Though intended as a working space, the room can also be a hangout area.

On the opposite end of the home office is the kitchen. It has lower and upper cabinets, a three-layer oak board countertop, shelves, and a folding table with two bar stools. The kitchen also has a sink, refrigerator, and an induction cooktop. It isn’t one of the most impressive kitchens in a tiny home, but decent enough to host all daily needs and accessories.

The bathroom is nearby. It includes a flush toilet, a small cupboard with a washing basin, and a shower with a glass door.

The only bedroom in the Lily 403 tiny house is above the bathroom and the kitchen. Accessible via a ladder, the loft bedroom sleeps two people. Priced at $50K, the Lily 403 tiny house is a steal and can be availed from the company’s official website.
