Owning a house feels like a distant dream in the modern world, but Polish manufacturer Tiny House BAR – TOF thinks otherwise. The company’s Marie tiny house creates a cozy Japandi woodland whimsy with its spruce-clad interior, offering you the freedom of homeownership and downsizing. The multipurpose furniture and storage-efficient layout make the living space functional and keep visual chaos at bay.
The Marie tiny house measures 22 feet long, 8.4 feet wide, and 13 feet high. It sits on a double-axel trailer and flaunts a dual-textured façade. The light-toned tongue-and-groove lap siding adds organic texture, while the anthracite standing seam sheet skirting and trim add visual contrast. The rustic wooden steps lead towards the entrance door, flanked by small rectangular LED light fixtures on both sides.
The metal-framed glazed door opens into a warm spruce interior with a fluid, open-floor layout. The light-toned shiplap cladding reflects light throughout the space. Its grain adds tactile richness and naturally insulates the interior. The easy-to-clean vinyl flooring mimics the hardwood floor and complements the wood cladding.
The matte black framed windows and door provide a striking visual contrast, and the thin architrave trim adds a minimalist décor element to the space. The dark-toned vertical slatted panels add a Japandi aesthetic to the interior and function as an open-air privacy screen for the reserved areas. It also acts like a visual divider, separating various living zones.
The living room features a small coffee table and a cushioned emerald convertible sofa that turns into a bed, creating an additional sleeping place. You can lie down comfortably and watch your favorite show on the television mounted on the decorative vertical slatted panels on the loft. The folding dining table sits next to the sofa and seats two people. You can fold it back when not in use to free up the precious floor space.
The linear kitchen on the left side of the entrance features a continuous wood-grain laminate that seamlessly wraps the countertop and backsplash, forming a unified panel. It enhances the kitchen’s aesthetics and makes it appear visually bigger. The kitchen includes an electric hob with two rings, a matte-black sink with a gooseneck faucet, and floating shelves.
The sage green cabinetry conceals a dishwasher and provides ample space for kitchenware. The storage-integrated staircase, adjacent to the kitchen, hides a refrigerator with freezer and fits an oven with microwave function. The cubbies and soft-close drawers with matte-black finish provide additional storage, so your living space stays decluttered.
The sage green and wooden staircase leads to the loft bedroom, which includes a double bed with integrated headboard storage and sleeps two people. The large cabinetry with cubbies provides ample storage. The horizontal glazing floods the room with brightness and visually connects it to the outdoors. You can shut the pleated blind if you need privacy.
