Nerinea – the Spanish manufacturer of natural stone products, recently launched its new stone washbasin named Flow, designed by the artist and designer Miguel Herranz. It is a sculptural piece whose surfaces contrast each other smoothly and harmoniously while emphasizing its functionality and creating attractive lighting effects from different points of view.

Miguel Herranz says;

In the design of this sink I have fled from flat or revolution forms. The mechanized by means of robot of this piece achieves to emphasize the nobility and the purity coming from the original block, revealing through its volume the natural essence of the stone.

Unlike most stone washbasins, the Flow is crafted using robotic machines to preserve elegance and purity of the original block. The raised surface of the washbasin creates a small hollow that provides space to keep small objects.

The unusual design gives it a lighter appearance while offering enough countertop space for storing essential items. In addition, the slightly recessed base allows the washbasin to sit on the countertops of 35 cm deep, making it a great design for small spaces.
