Singapore and China-based design studio Nestron has released Cube One, a 156-square-feet tiny prefab home that comes pre-equipped with furnishings for one person to live comfortably. The prefab home is delivered in a ready-to-use state so you just need a place to install it.

There are plenty of smart and sustainable features, marking it a tiny house of the future. Its galvanized steel shell is said to withstand high temperatures and natural disasters; it can resist fire for up to 2 hours.

The living unit is fully insulated for optimal sound and thermal performance. The curved design of the shell and a French style, tempered glass window on the front add to the aesthetic.

On the inside, there is a living room, kitchen, bedroom, and bathroom. All the living spaces are tucked into four different corners. The Nestron Cube One can be equipped with desired appliances, lighting entertainment and heating/cooling systems. It also comes with built-in AI assistant and green energy sources.

Cube One is highly portable and eco-friendly; almost 90 percent of the material used in its construction is recyclable. Also, it takes significantly less water compared with traditional construction methods to build.

I really like it. Here is my problem: I have a large family of kitties and I need to buy something like a motorhome but with an expired drivers licenes? Plus I don’t know where I would put the cube home but maybe out in the street by my apartment, assuming that I don’t get evicted first from all my kitties… Can someone help me out?
