Turkish builder Simya Tiny House has many interesting home designs under its credit. One of its noteworthy creations is the Nova tiny house that can sleep up to six people. The small abode features three bedrooms, one on the lower level and two in the lofts. It also features a comfortable living room, kitchen, and a spacious bathroom. The micro-dwelling is built on a double-axle trailer and can also be used as a tiny house on a foundation if needed.

The exterior of the Nova tiny house features board and batten siding with black metal frames used for framing the windows and the main entry door. It has decent-sized windows in the lofts as well. The roof is flat and can be outfitted for solar use if needed.

To begin with interiors, the kitchen looks amazing in mint green storage cabinets above and below the countertop. The working platform is integrated with a cooktop, an oven, and a sink. There is room to keep kitchen appliances like a microwave, coffee machine, toaster and so on. An apartment-sized fridge is present on the left side of the kitchen.

The living room close to the kitchen has a couch and a chair along with a small coffee table tying the space into a well-designed lounge. A fixed ladder close to the living room takes you to the first loft bedroom that can sleep two people.

Below this loft bedroom is the main-floor bedroom which is quite spacious and has room for storing personal belongings. The second loft bedroom can be accessed using a storage staircase opposite the kitchen and it can also sleep two adults.
