From Western Australia to Eastern America, tiny houses are in huge demand and there is a rich profusion of tiny house manufacturers across the world catering to the market. But with so many manufacturers, it is difficult to choose what firm to contact when customizing a tiny home for yourself. If you are in such a dilemma, I’d recommend you to knock on the doors of Minimaliste, the Canada-based builder of tiny houses on wheels.

Minimaliste is reputed for making and delivering some of the classiest and most spacious tiny houses. One of the maker’s builds is Noyer XL: a 35-foot-long tiny house built on a triple-axle trailer with a double-pitched roof. Given the impressive dwelling measurement, it is a requisite to offer a spacious interior and Noyer XL doesn’t disappoint. Finished in horizontal cedar and vertical standing-seam steel, the tiny house features a living room, two bedrooms, a spacious kitchen and dining area, and a bathroom.

The tiny house allows five people to sleep in with ease courtesy of two bedrooms, one at the loft and the other at the back end of the tiny house. The upstairs bedroom includes additional cabinetry and lowered platform area to help users stand upright while getting dressed. However, the main USP of the house is its raised living room which is spacious and light-filled allowing more storage options, including underfloor storage space.

There is also a built-in electrical panel, heat recovery air exchanger, and a mini-split air-conditioning system to maintain a pleasant temperature. Not to mention, a TV cabinet that comes installed on the wall. Adjacent to the living room is the kitchen which includes all of the essentials required for a comfortable and cozy stay. The kitchen features a 10 feet counter and a dining table that seats six.

The kitchen also features an L-shaped seating area with built-in storage for cabinetry alongside a pull-out butcher’s block chopping board. The kitchen is also filled with a number of appliances and accessories ranging from a dishwasher, stainless steel sink, microwave oven, and a two-burner induction stove with a range hood to a fridge/freezer.

The bathroom of Noyel XL features a shower, a vanity sink, and a toilet. Needless to say, this spacious tiny dwelling is a perfect design for someone who wishes to adopt the downsized lifestyle for whatever reason.
