Summer is knocking at our doors, and we look toward beverages to keep the heat at bay. Starbucks forms a vital component of this covenant with its curated seasonal beverage menus. Ahead of summer 2026, Starbucks has launched its menu featuring refreshing tropical flavors and horchata-inspired drinks to keep you cool when the sun beats down.
Starting May 12, the summer menu will be available in coffeehouses. You can relish in a new Refresher featuring tropical flavors such as passionfruit and guava, along with returning horchata-inspired espresso beverages. The curated menu feels nothing short of a love song to these flavors, one that you’ll be able to taste soon.
Here’s what the Starbucks 2026 Summer Menu includes:
- Tropical Butterfly Refresher: Meet the new Tropical Butterfly Refresher – a bright flavor blast of passionfruit and guava, with mango-pineapple-flavored pearls for layered sweetness. The drink features a splash of butterfly pea flower for a natural, vibrant purple hue
- Iced Horchata Shaken Espresso: Inspired by Mexican-style horchata, this refreshing, creamy drink returns to the summer menu. It is made with Starbucks Blonde Espresso and horchata syrup, creating a fusion of cinnamon, vanilla, and nutty notes of toasted rice flavors shaken with ice and topped with oatmilk. You can also get this one as the new Horchata Frappuccino blended beverage
- Unicorn Cake Pop: Among returning favorites is the Unicorn Cake Pop. It features creamy vanilla cake mixed with confetti sprinkles, slathered in white chocolate icing, and decorated with a unicorn face

Inspired by summer road trips, the collection is perfect for making memories outdoors this season.
If you want to taste this summer love song, you’d better be ready on May 12, when the Starbucks menu with tropical flavors and horchata-inspired drinks will be available for purchase.
