32ft SunDance Tiny House Flaunts Twin Lofts, Downstairs Flex Room, and Spacious Kitchen

Every day we see a new tiny house dazzling the industry with impressive layout and features. The latest to arrive on the scene is the SunDance tiny house, the flagship model by the newcomer builder Horseshoe Tiny Homes from Arizona. The 32-foot-long SunDance can sleep four to six people with ease in its two lofts and a downstairs flex room layout. Designed to provide a smaller footprint without being cramped, this mobile dwelling exhibits the builder’s over 35 years of experience in the home building.

The SunDance tiny house on wheels is perfect to be used as a permanent home or a vacation rental. It features a well-designed interior with a cozy living room, a complete kitchen, a bathroom, twin lofts, and a downstairs flex room.

Offering accommodation for a small family in its 360 sq. ft., this compact dwelling is built on an Iron Eagle triple-axle trailer. A light blue exterior is made from an amalgamation of LP Smart Sideboard and batten and white horizontal lap siding, while the roof comprises a galvanized corrugated metal with architectural shingles.

A full glass door opens into the compact living room that has a long bench or can fit a loveseat. On one side of the living room is the kitchen, the flex room, and a staircase leading to the loft bedroom. The kitchen has white shaker-style overhead and under-counter cabinets, maple butcher block countertops that morph into a breakfast bar for two, and a navy blue tiled backsplash. It has a two-burner induction cooktop, range hood, oven, sink, and space for refrigerator.

The downstairs flex room is past the kitchen, concealed behind a sliding pocket door. It is big enough to be used as a home office or a queen-size bedroom. The room also has storage shelves built up high so you can keep things out of the way but within reach. A low-ceiling loft bedroom is located above and can sleep two people.

The opposite end of the tiny house has a typical ladder to access the secondary loft and a frosted glass door leading to the bathroom. The loft bedroom has space for a queen-size mattress to accommodate two.

As for the bathroom, it has a reach-in closet, vanity sink, toilet, shower cabin, and a mirrored medicine cabinet. There is space for a laundry station as well, which can house a stackable washer/dryer unit.

With a base price of $119,000, the SunDance tiny house has several storage spaces as well. The staircase to the loft has plenty of space underneath to store clothes, coats, shoes, umbrellas, etc. The price of the tiny house, however, can vary depending on customized features and other additional amenities you may want to include.
