The Ultra Modern tiny house is a magnificent creation by Oregon-based builder Tiny Heirloom. It is a 28-foot small abode built on a triple-axle trailer. The exterior of the house is made using corrugated metal with a solar-ready roof. The dual-tone blue and gray exterior of the tiny house on wheels is outfitted with numerous windows and a single entry door.

The main door welcomes one to the living room space of the Ultra Modern tiny house. There is a sofa and a storage bench in this region where one can relax indoors. A small coffee table can also be placed to complete the space. The living room extends to the fully modular kitchenette with a cooktop, an oven, generous countertops, and under-counter cabinets. Above the countertop, a microwave has been installed with upper storage cabinets. An apartment-sized fridge is also included.

Opposite the kitchen countertop lies the dining area which can accommodate two people. Two lounge chairs and two stools are placed next to a dining table. A big window in this section keeps the cooking and eating stations well-lit.

The bathroom is decent-sized and has space for a washer/dryer combo. There is a toilet and shower space in addition to plenty of storage space for laundry, toiletries, and other bathroom essentials. There is also a sink with a vanity and mirror.

The two bedrooms, one big and one small are located in the lofts, accessible using a ladder. Both the lofts are connected via a suspension net. The Ultra Modern tiny house can easily sleep up to four people and is ideal for a small family or group of individuals who wish to live in a tiny house.
