However, an anonymous buyer has broken all NYC real estate records with purchase of most expensive apartment at Manhattan’s ‘Billionaire’s Row.’ The buyer has spent about $100 million for the two-story penthouse apartment.

The jaw-dropping penthouse occupies entire 89th and 90th floors of One57, the high-end apartment tower overlooking Central Park at 157 West 57th Street. The spacious 11,000-square feet apartment includes six bedrooms, seven bathrooms, two powder rooms along with magnificent grand stellar Central Park and city views.

The residents of the building also have access to all luxury amenities including a gym, a pool, Jacuzzi, a steam room, a library and a screening room. Even though identity of the owner is not revealed yet, but he/she surely going to have a great time at this luxury apartment. Spare a thought about the expensive penthouse sale as well as its super-luxury interior.
