Australian tiny house manufacturer CozyCo Tiny Homes has unveiled its latest model, the Audrey, a single-level, two-person dwelling on wheels that prioritizes simplicity and smart use of space in a compact footprint. Built on a triple-axle trailer, the Audrey measures 23.7 feet in length, placing it on the smaller end of the tiny home spectrum.
When we first saw the Audrey tiny house on Autoevolution, we assumed it was a creation by Canadian builder Minimaliste because the exterior looked similar to the brand’s models. The exterior of the Audrey tiny house is clad in wood-look aluminium, giving it a warm aesthetic while maintaining durability. The exterior also includes a small storage box for propane bottles and other essentials.
Inside, the Audrey tiny house makes clever use of every square foot. Most of the available floorspace is taken up by a large multifunctional area combining living and sleeping zones, which looks airy and light-filled thanks to generous glazing and a pitched ceiling.
The sleeping area features a raised double bed with integrated storage that can double as a general hangout area. A separate bench-style seating section provides additional lounging space and further storage.
A little ahead is the kitchen. The kitchen is fully functional for everyday living. It includes an oven and induction cooktop, a sink, and cabinetry, with space allocated for additional appliances such as a fridge/freezer and a washer/dryer. Adjacent lies a dining table and desk area beside an operable window, making it useful for serving food and drinks outside, a thoughtful touch for warmer climates.

On the other end of the house is the bathroom. Interestingly, it is the only fully enclosed separate room in the house, accessed via a sliding door and fitted with a glass-enclosed shower, a vanity sink, and a toilet.
Similar to modern tiny homes, CozyCo’s Audrey tiny house runs on a standard RV-style hookup. However, the manufacturer also offers an optional solar power upgrade for buyers looking to go off the grid. There is no clarity on the price of the tiny house, but New Atlas estimates it to cost well-above AUD 115,000 (approximately US$80,000).
