Dubbed Sofia, the tiny house measures 20 feet in length and features an elevated bedroom, a well-equipped kitchen, a generous living room, a bathroom, and a storage loft. Finished in Spruce, ThermoWood, Shou sugi ban or cedar siding, the tiny house comes with eco-friendly recycled textile insulation and has two-pane windows allowing the interior to be light-filled all the time.

The front door of the tiny house welcomes you to the kitchen of Sofia. Being the most important aspect of any dwelling, a kitchen must be functional and spacious, and Vagabond Haven doesn’t disappoint in this regard. Sofia has a spacious kitchen with a three-layer oak board countertop alongside lower and upper cabinets of veneer or MDF to house miscellaneous items. Then comes the range of appliances and essentials from electric/gas stove, induction/gas cooktop, and small fridge to a sink, tap, and kitchen fan. There are also add-on options available from dishwasher to protective glass panel.

Facing the kitchen is the living room of the tiny house. The living room is equipped with a sofa and a table that can be used for dining. Just next to the living room is the elevated bedroom of the tiny house. Accessed via a couple of steps, the storage-integrated bed can house many nitty-gritty items. The bedroom is light-filled, courtesy of expansive windows that allow plenty of sunlight to penetrate inside. The tiny house also features a fireplace which is essential if you want to survive the chilling winters of Scandinavia.

On the left-hand side of the kitchen is the bathroom of the tiny house. Boasting wet-room approved walls from fibo trespo panels, laminate or vinyl floor, the Sofia tiny house bathroom has a shower cabin with a curtain or glass door, flush toilet, composting toilet, cupboard with washing basin, and much more. Above the bathroom lies the only loft of the tiny house, and it isn’t ideal for sleeping but can be used to keep heavy essentials. The base shell of Sofia tiny house without any customization will cost approx. $27,000.
