Built using “locally sourced, A-grade materials in CozyCo’s workshop,” the exterior features durable Colorbond iron cladding that lends a sleek, modern aesthetic while withstanding the demands of the Australian climate.
Inside, elegant VJ panelling adds warmth and a premium feel without adding unnecessary weight. Similar to CozyCo’s Audrey tiny house, the Esther tiny house prioritizes accessibility and ease of movement, with no lofts or ladders to contend with. The single-level layout comprises a living room, kitchen, bedroom, and bathroom, the latter separated from the rest of the home by a sliding door.
Starting at the sleeping end, the bedroom comfortably accommodates two people. It features glazed doors that open onto the outdoors, offering privacy alongside generous natural views, while windows on two sides allow light and fresh air to fill the space. Directly opposite the bedroom sits the bathroom, which, true to the modern tiny house philosophy, makes the most of its compact footprint by fitting in a toilet, vanity sink, and glass-enclosed shower.
Sandwiched between the bathroom and the bedroom is an open lounge area. The standout feature here is a strategically placed sofa that faces the views and blurs the boundary between inside and out, aided by glazed entrance doors that seamlessly extend the living space toward the surrounding landscape.

Immediately adjacent to the lounge is the kitchen. The Esther features a dual-sided kitchen layout complete with full-size appliances, ample storage, upper cabinets, and a versatile breakfast bar that doubles as a home office or a dining spot for two.
