Breakfast got a lot more colorful with these fancy vegan smoothie bowls

Bored of your dull vegan breakfast? Then these gorgeous smoothie bowls are likely to add colors to your mornings. These delicacies are idea of vegan chef Rachel Lorton who is self-professed smoothie bowl art enthusiast. After looking at her deliciously beautiful creations you’ll realize that these are anything but basic. These colorful creations are pleasing to both the eye and the palate, and are surely enough to brighten up anyone’s day.

Rachel uses a variety of ingredients like banana and frozen fruits for her all-vegan creations. Further, she blends them with natural ingredients like spirulina and goji to change their color. For creating a pipe on lines and dots, and to make other cool designs, she often uses squeezy sauce bottle. Finally, she cut fruits intricately for the toppings.

Other ingredients used in her recipes include kale, spinach, cauliflower, celery, and even silken tofu on occasions. According to her, she began making the fun designs when she realized assembling the bowls had a calming effect on her. She just started it as an experiment because she liked decorating them. Now, she creates some of the most stunning looking smoothies that are too pretty to eat.
