Washington-based tiny house builder, West Coast Homes, is adept in creating luxurious tiny houses on foundation for a vast clientele. Not only does the builder create a comfortable interior, but pays special attention to providing a connection with outdoor surroundings, whether through giant windows or porches and other exterior features. A case in point is the $120K Cascade tiny house that comes with a covered porch. It is one of the most compact creations of the manufacturer and offers modern amenities within a 240-square-foot floor space.

Measuring 36-foot-long and 10-foot-high, the Cascade tiny house feels spacious despite its small footprint. It is equipped with a ground-floor bedroom, a loft bedroom, a hidden attic space, a compact kitchen, a walk-through bathroom, and a cozy living room. Designed for a small family, the tiny house can sleep four to six people with ease.

The front porch can house a couple of chairs, where you can enjoy the vast surroundings while sipping your choice of poison or simply letting the cool summer breeze caress your face. A single frosted glass door leads into the living area. The living room has a convertible couch that can offer extra sleeping space if needed and a unique metal coffee table.

Opposite the couch stands a small cabinet to display books and store other things. A television is mounted on the wall above the cabinet. Past the living area, a ship’s ladder made of Doug Fir wood leads to the loft, and a kitchen is located.

The kitchen is small but fully functional with modern appliances. It includes a two-burner induction cooktop, a range hood, a microwave, a sink, a refrigerator, wooden countertops, and numerous overhead and under-counter cabinets.

Past the kitchen, a walk-through bathroom is designed behind a pocket door. It has a toilet stall, a shower stall, and a vanity sink with space for laundry setup underneath. Another pocket door leads to the ground-floor bedroom. The bedroom has a queen-size bed to sleep two.

Above the bathroom and bedroom, a loft bedroom fits a king-size bed, a single bed, or twin beds. In the loft, a hidden attic is designed to store things out of the way and out of sight. The attic can also be used as a kids’ bedroom.

Priced at $120K, the Cascade tiny house is a perfect extension to your existing house. It can also serve as a standalone dwelling for a small family.
