Whether you believe it or not, living in a tiny house is a good way to minimize the stresses of everyday life. Cleaning is easier, repairs are less expensive, and on top of that, people can now actually take their homes wherever they go. However, with so many builders around it’s difficult to make the right choice and trust a company that can build your dream dwelling. If you are a Canadian resident stuck in such a dilemma, I’d recommend you to try one of Zero Squared tiny homes for once. The Canadian-based tiny house company has recently designed a $146,000 tiny house on wheels.

Though it’s a Park Model, I bet you’d love it for eternity. The wheels are not visible in the pictures and I assume they are either hidden by skirting or removed entirely. Dubbed the 525 tiny house, the micro dwelling measures 42 feet long and 12.5 feet in width and offers 525 square feet of living space, hence the name.

The tiny home comes accoutered with large windows that not only bring the outdoors in but also offer a picturesque view of the surroundings. In addition to the windows, there is a glass sliding door that not only welcomes you inside but also lets an abundance of natural light flood the interior. Speaking of the interior, the tiny house boasts premium wooden vinyl laminate flooring topped by a wood accent ceiling.

The home consists of a living room, kitchen, bathroom, and bedroom. You can either enter the living area or access the kitchen, courtesy of two entrance doors. In case you choose to step inside the kitchen first, you’d be graced by a gorgeous butcher block or granite counters. The kitchen also features overhead cabinets, base cabinets, and a range of other furnishing including a dining table.

To make the cooking tasks more accessible, efficient, and enjoyable; the micro dwelling kitchen is loaded with an array of appliances ranging from dishwasher, stainless steel refrigerator, oven, and microwave. Not to mention, a stainless sink with a Moen faucet, that is still considered a luxury in many tiny homes.

Adjacent to the kitchen is the spacious living room equipped with a couch and a center table. Facing a wall-mounted television on the opposite side, the living room is a perfect place to relax. A hallway leads to the two bedrooms of the tiny house. Sleeping a minimum of two people each, the bedroom is equipped with storage cabinets that house important essentials.

Separating the two bedrooms is the bathroom in between that packs a glass shower, toilet, and sink. With these many features loaded inside a 42-foot-long dwelling, no wonder the tiny house costs a whopping $146,000.

To much money for 525 square feet! I can get a very nice one for $60,000.00!

If you buy this, I need you to examine your head. Here in Florida you can buy a travel trailer for $10,000 used, with two bedrooms and central air conditioning. Or you can buy a trailer home in a community $900 to 1200 ft and sit it down permanently with a community pool and community buildings. These can be two or three bedrooms and yes anywhere from free to $90,000 or more but certainly cheaper than this shed.
