Madrid-based tiny house firm Tini has designed two prefab models that cater to modern and minimalist living. The firm up the ante with its Tini M (34 square meters) and Tini S (23.5 square meters) models that are more suited for a land far-far away from the hustle-bustle of the city life. The reason is that it’s transparent to an extent that even passersby can see what’s going inside, so a secluded area is a safe bet.

The prefab Tini M is a tiny dwelling perfect for people craving for a minimalist living. The exterior of the house is all glass and galvanized steel. As it comes with transparent glass walls, I would recommend couples to buy some curtains, if they don’t want a hinderance in their privacy. However, burned wood is one of the options that can be used for exterior customization, in case you don’t want it all transparent.

There are multiple openings that slide to offer entry into the house. Once you move inside, the interior is all modern and chic with a birch ceiling and walls, and oak flooring. The interior is filled with natural light, creating a fresh and cozy atmosphere inside. The floor space comprises a bedroom with a double bed and a lounge area that accommodates a sofa. In pictures, one can spot a coffee table and a wood-burning stove.

Adjacent to the bedroom is a kitchenette that includes an induction stove and extractor hood, along with a sink, fridge, cabinetry and all other nitty-gritty necessities of a kitchen. The bathroom is not visible in the pictures, but the Spanish tiny house tells us it includes a shower, toilet, and sink.

This isn’t a towable tiny house on wheels. Instead, the dwelling serves as a prefabricated home that comes with an array of options, including its layout and full off-the-grid functionality. The Tini S model is more suited for office space, while the Tini M can serve as a perfect dwelling. However, the major highlight of this particular Spanish model is that the Tini M offers flexible living. This means that it can be joined with two to three models to create a larger space; but it’s not clear whether the models M and S can be united together or not.

If required, the owners can also rely on a solar panel and battery setup, as well as a water tank and septic tank. The base price of the Tini M begins at $54,329, while the Tiny S would cost $46,688.
