British Columbia-based tiny house manufacturer Stattonrock Simply Living is known for its exquisite custom dwellings. The 26-foot-long East Coast Tiny House is one proud member of the Simply Living family and is a dream home for a minimalist. The interior of the East Coast is designed to minimize clutter with clever storage solutions. It is a one-bedroom home, where an oversized loft with a skylight provides sleeping space for two.

The exterior of the tiny house is cedar board and batten siding. The interior is bright and cozy with all the modern necessities, sans the mayhem of over-possessions. The East Coast tiny house measures 8.6 feet wide, offering an interior space of 254 square feet.

It features a large living room, a big loft, a complete kitchen, and a full bathroom. While it may serve as a permanent residence for a travel-loving couple, the micro-dwelling on wheels can be used as a vacation rental or an extension of your existing house.

The front glass door opens into the living room, flanked by big windows. It has a coffee table and an L-shaped convertible couch to increase the sleeping capacity of the dwelling to up to four people. The kitchen is adjacent to the living area and is outfitted with modern appliances.

It has an induction cooktop, oven, ventilation hood, refrigerator, and gorgeous wooden countertops. There are multiple shelves and overhead, under-counter cabinets to store essentials.

Opposite the cooking section, a versatile breakfast table with storage is installed. A typical ladder is placed next to the table, to reach the loft bedroom. The bedroom has a king-size mattress and the skylight is perfect for stargazing as you doze off.

Underneath the loft, a big closet is located to keep things organized and out of sight. Neatly tucked behind a pocket door, the bathroom is at the end of the house. It comes with a corner shower stall, a toilet, a vanity sink, a mirrored medicine cabinet, and more storage cabinets.

The East Coast tiny house is priced at CAD 155,000, which is roughly $115,900. The pricing of the micro-dwelling is subject to vary depending on what customization options you choose.
