We have seen some lovely, classic dollhouses and have also played with them. It wouldn’t be an exaggeration to say that many of us have even dreamt of living in them. Ashland 1 tiny house, with a dollhouse-like appearance, may have just rekindled that thought for me, and some lucky ones would even have the chance to realize their childhood fantasy living in this inspired tiny house packed with comfort, functionality, and nostalgia.

400-square-feet Ashland 1 park model tiny house has an eye-catching exterior, and with the addition of a shaded deck, its charm alleviates even more. The deck is not at all compact, it has a generous space for a seating, and a perfect spot for contemplating or enjoying nature. It is covered with a gable roof, which gives the tiny house structure a more dollhouse-like profile.

Overall, the exterior is sturdy and is lined with windows and a door. The interior exudes a warm vibe but has an unfurnished layout. It features a kitchen, a living area, an open loft, a bedroom underneath a loft, and a bathroom.

As you enter the house, a large kitchen greets you. The kitchen is beautiful and is furnished with a countertop, a cooktop, a microwave/oven, a sink, and a refrigerator. There are a myriad of cabinets and drawers for storing cooking essentials and a kitchen island, with a cabinet, that you can use for dining.

Adjacent is an open space that can be your living area. By setting up a sofa and a coffee table, you get a warm and inviting living area. The room has a large window as well, which brings the natural light in and makes the space livelier.

The Ashland 1 tiny house has an open and incredibly spacious loft that is reachable via a staircase. It is roomy and bright. The unfurnished loft gives you the liberty to utilize it either as a bedroom, an in-house office, or as a recreational room. The hand-railings in the loft gives the house a more timeless feel and add to the safety.

There is a bedroom located just underneath the loft. The bedroom is capacious and has a closet, enclosed with a hefty, sliding barn door. It can accommodate a king-size bed to sleep two people comfortably. The bathroom is furnished with a sink vanity, a toilet, and a shower section. Ashland 1 tiny house can make for a great weekend getaway or an additional home on your existing property. Hi Rhonda. The algorithm is apparently not in our hands, but there is no harm is scouring tiny homes.

Editing Missy’s comment: Yea but I’m sure N.H , Southern Maine and Ma. do not allow tiny homes. In N.H.a tiny home owner was fined after they had bought the land and built their tiny home on it . Elitist attitude exists concerning tiny home construction and a petition to allow them nation wide should be started, if any?. Would consider Florida where tiny home construction is allowed so my son and I could move there but my other son lives in N.H. and we would rather live close to him .
