You can connect the Ropet AI pet robot to the internet and turn on the ChatGPT module to start a direct conversation. The smart robot pet acts as a true companion with whom you can share your feelings and combat your loneliness.
Even without any internet connectivity, the AI pet bot can respond with simple words. It supports over 50 languages including Spanish, French, Dutch, Italian, and Chinese for now, with the promise of more languages added to the software in the future.
With the companion app you can track the interaction points in the growth calendar and use them to draw Eye-blind boxes to unlock unique eye designs for the Ropet. The pet bot is equipped with touch sensors, IMU sensors and stepper motors that create haptic vibrations and pet-like sounds for realism.
The smart companion has its own emotions and feelings. Like a real pet, it can express a range of moods, from happiness and sadness to anger and joy. The trigger of mood depends on your company and feedback. When treated roughly, the pet shows its grumpy side. If you don’t interact with the Ropet pet robot, it feels low but also perks up with a gentle pat over its head.
Moreover, the Ropet AI pet can recognize the face of its owners and when they feel down, the Ropet senses your emotions and stretches out its arms for a hug to comfort you. It can recognize the faces of the people with whom it makes multiple interactions. Interestingly the robot pet can understand your facial expressions, and gestures to react accordingly.

That’s not it, the Ropet AI pet robot can recognize the objects and foods that show up in its big cat-like eyes. You can change the look of this pet bot with a variety of detachable and washable fur colors and magnetic interchangeable masks, suiting the different weather and moods.
The smart pet has a charging base with wired charging and wireless charging and it possesses a strip light that syncs with the music you play with colorful, vibrant effects. This pet robot is currently crowdfunding successfully on Kickstarter at a super early bird price of $169 with a discount of 43 percent.
