Coffee fans rejoice! Starbucks has released its fall menu 2025 with many returning favorites including everyone’s favorite Pumpkin Spice latte (PSL), and new flavors you haven’t tried before. Seasonal favorites such as Pumpkin Cream Cold Brew, Iced Pumpkin Cream Chai, Pecan Crunch Oatmilk Latte, Pumpkin Cream Cheese Muffin, and Raccoon Cake Pop have also returned to the menu.
Starting August 26, you can grab your preferred autumnal brews from Starbucks and wait for the first leaf to fall. But that is not all. A new Pecan Oatmilk Cortado has also arrived at Starbucks cafes, marking the start of the cozy season along with a slew of pumpkin-themed treats to spice up your days.
The hot Pecan Oatmilk Cortado feels like autumn in your mouth. “The saltiness and browned butter notes combined with the toasted pecan flavors are the perfect complement to the Cortado’s bold espresso base. When paired with creamy oatmilk, the pecan balances the vibrant, rich flavor notes of Starbucks Blonde Espresso,” says Patrick Penny, lead beverage developer for Starbucks. If you want something sweeter, you can try its iced or cold-brewed coffee the Pecan Cold Foam.
The menu includes a new Pumpkin Spice Duo Flight, which features the Iced Pumpkin Spice Masala Chai Latte and the Pumpkin Spice Whiskey Barrel-Aged Cold Brew. Both drinks are topped with pumpkin pie spice cold foam, making it the ultimate cold beverage for pumpkin lovers. Among the new entrants is the Tiramisu Latte (Starbucks Reserve only) and Pumpkin Spice Whiskey Barred-Aged Manhattan (Starbucks Reserve only).
The coffee giant is also testing a new Coco Menu, wherein you will find two coconut water-based drinks, a cold brew coffee and a matcha, at multiple locations across the US. You can now enjoy new Italian Sausage Egg Bites, which were teased earlier this summer. These bite-sized treats have a crumbled sausage, sundried tomato pesto, basil, eggs, and Monterey Jack cheese. The Starbucks fall menu 2025 also includes New Pumpkin S’mores Tart, New Squash and Ricotta Galette, and New Coffee Hazelnut Brioche.
Returning fan favorites include Pecan Crunch Oatmilk Latte, Pecan Cold Foam, Pumpkin Spice Latte, Pumpkin Cream Cold Brew, Iced Pumpkin Cream Chai, Pumpkin Cream Cheese Muffin, Racoon Cake Pop, Starbucks Reserve Pumpkin Spice Latte (Starbucks Reserve only), Pumpkin Spice Whiskey Barrel-Aged Cold Brew (Starbucks Reserve only), and a Pear Almond Tart.

Although Starbucks 2025 fall menu is slimmer than previous years, there is a lot to enjoy. Noticeably, the initial lineup seems to be missing the Apple Crisp Macchiato and other pie-inspired drinks that people have grown fond of over the years. This could be a signal that something new is coming as we move forward into the season.
