Gozney is set to change the game once again with the launch of the Dome Gen 2 Series oven that lets you cook with wood fire, gas, or charcoal. Arriving in October, this new iteration follows the success of the original Dome introduced in 2021. It delivers an astonishing combination of power, precision, and versatility, designed for both home cooks and culinary enthusiasts.

The Dome Gen 2 Series is, without exaggeration, the biggest and most capable oven Gozney has ever made. For the first time, it comes in two sizes: the standard Dome Gen 2 and the XL version, catering to both intimate gatherings and large-scale culinary adventures.

Thanks to engineering that emphasizes space and efficiency, the XL model boasts up to 40 percent more cooking space than the original Dome. That means you can cook up to three 10-inch pizzas, one 18-inch pizza, or a full spread of fire-cooked sides and mains at once. Whether it is a multi-course meal for a family get-together or a series of perfect Neapolitan pizzas, the Dome Gen 2 Oven makes it easy to cook like a pro.

What truly sets the Dome Gen 2 Series apart is its hybrid fuel compatibility, giving users the freedom to cook with wood, gas, or charcoal. The innovative Wood-Fire Control Kit provides precision airflow and boost-on-demand power, allowing for gas-like control even when using wood or charcoal. This means you can infuse your dishes with rich smokiness or opt for the clean, rapid heat of gas, depending on your mood or menu.

A highlight is the signature lateral flame system, which delivers consistent and even heat distribution, whether you’re searing a steak, roasting vegetables, baking bread, creating the perfect pizza crust, or achieving deep caramelization on slow-roasted meats. Temperature control has never been easier, thanks to the fully integrated digital control console.

This intuitive interface tracks air and floor temperatures, offers twin meat probes, and includes a built-in cook timer, eliminating guesswork and allowing cooks to achieve chef-like precision. From the moment you light the burner to when your dish emerges perfectly charred or tender, every element of the cooking process is carefully guided. The oven’s 30mm cordierite stone retains heat exceptionally well, maintaining steady temperatures that let you cook multiple dishes in sequence without worrying about heat loss.

The Dome Gen 2 Series Oven features a fully serviceable component architecture with over 25 accessible parts designed for repair or upgrade with time. You can replace the burner or upgrade the digital control module, which should make maintenance easier and more cost-effective, while ensuring that the oven remains a trusted kitchen companion for years to come.

The Dome Gen 2 Oven is designed by Gozney in close consultation with award-winning chefs, barbecue experts, and even a Michelin-starred Thai-American chef, Dalad Kambhu. Available in elegant bone and off-black finishes, the Dome Gen 2 Series is as much a design statement as it is a functional powerhouse. With a price starting at $2,300 for the standard Dome Gen 2 and $2,800 for the XL version, it promises to deliver unparalleled performance at a backyard dinner party or with slow-cooked meats and wood-fired desserts. The Dome Gen 2 Series will be available starting October 15.
