The need for reliable power is everywhere, whether you are at home or camping in a remote location. There are different kinds of portable power stations on the market, but they are usually on the heavy side, while standard power banks don’t have the capacity to power many electronic devices. Hong Kong-based startup PB-ELE aims to solve this with NOOMDOT N1, which packs AC output in a compact package that can be easily carried around. Weighing only 708g and just 16mm/0.63-inch thin, it is touted as the world’s slimmest portable AC power bank, which easily slides into an everyday carry bag. This AC power bank is sufficient to run laptops, cameras, routers, and other high-demand devices.

NOOMDOT N1 supports 70W AC output and 60W USB-C PD output, allowing you to charge or power MacBook, Surface, ThinkPad, and most USB-C laptops directly. It can provide 40 minutes of continuous output at 65W. Featuring a DC input with a 65W adapter, it takes only 80-90 minutes to recharge the onboard battery from 0 to 100 percent. You can also charge it using USB-C input, but it will take 7-8 hours. The power bank also supports pass-through charging, allowing it to power devices while charging.

The core of this portable AC power bank is its advanced Pure Sine Wave Inverter, which converts battery power into stable electricity mimicking wall outlets. This technology even protects your expensive and sensitive electronics from overheating risks often caused by inferior power banks.

The NOOMDOT N1 power bank features a built-in 20,000mAh semi-solid-state core that delivers up to 70W (65W rated) of AC power. From mobile phone to laptop and mini projectors to camera and drones, this device can charge all your devices. The creator claims that it can power an iPhone 15 Pro 4-5 times and a MacBook Air 1-2 times on a single charge.

There is also an active cooling system with a built-in 6000-RPM quiet fan that actively dissipates heat during AC output for stable performance. Apart from the UL94 V-0 fire-retardant shell, the NOOMDOT N1 also features over-charge, over-discharge, over-voltage, over-current, short-circuit, and temperature protections. Furthermore, this AC power bank has passed a 1-meter drop test and IPX4 water-resistance, making it perfect for outdoor excursions.

If you are interested in NOOMDOT N1, it is currently seeking funds on Kickstarter. You need to pledge to the campaign for a minimum of $169 to get one delivered to your home in May 2026.
