Samsung is incorporating wine culture in its AI-powered kitchen, as evident from its latest exhibition at the 2026 KBIS, featuring a dedicated wall for wine appliances. Apart from its Bespoke AI lineup, the Samsung showcase included modern wine systems such as the 24-inch Undercounter Wine Cellar, Wine Column, and Built-in Wine Dispenser from its subsidiary premium built-in kitchen brand Dacor. The lineup aims to imagine the future of the kitchen where wine culture is part of the design.

The Dacor Wine Cellar lets you preserve and showcase your wine in its custom design-ready panels that allow you to meet different style needs. It also features a versatile Field-Reversible Flush-Capable Hinge, can store up to 41 bottles, and has an elegant SteelCool interior with 3D lighting. Another interesting feature is the Dual Temperature Zones, allowing you to preserve both red and white wines. The wine cellar also includes an innovative GlideRack system that eliminates vibration to safeguard taste. All the settings are customizable with an intuitive Touch Control Panel.

Dacor also presented its full-sized wine column that holds up to 100 bottles of wine in three independently cooled zones. It comes with a triple-layer of glass filled with argon gas to protect your wine collection from UV and IR rays.

The wine storage column comes ready for graphite, stainless steel, or custom panels, along with an option for a handle-free, push-to-open door. The column’s four humidity sensors control the humidity level between 50 percent and 80 percent, while Dacor’s Precise Cooling Technology keeps temperature fluctuations within ±.3 degrees Fahrenheit. Interestingly, you can receive notifications and real-time status of your wine collection through the IQ Connect WIFI system and SmartThings app.

The last wine-related exhibit by Dacor is a Built-In Wine Dispenser that completes the setup. It holds up to four bottles of wine and features dual temperature zones that preserve wines by maintaining separate recommended storage temperatures for different wines. Built using argon gas technology, wine stays fresh for up to 60 days once opened, without loss of flavor or aroma.

The wine dispenser features a simple touch interface that allows you to select and serve the desired amount of wine easily. You can get a half glass or a full glass just with the touch of a button. After use, the opening of a wine bottle of different heights can be sealed for future use.

If you wish to buy, Dacor’s 24-inch Undercounter Wine Cellar is listed for $3,699, the 24-inch Wine Column for $7,799, and the 24-inch Built-In Wine Dispenser for $6,999 on the official website.
