Aurzen very well understands what people want in a portable projector. The very basic need is an onboard battery that allows them to use it anywhere, including on a camping trip. Another practical solution is USB-powered operation, a feature already available in its BOOM Air model. Targeting the same audience, the brand has introduced an entry-level USB-powered projector called the EAZZE D1 Air. It retains key features such as native 1080p resolution and built-in Netflix support, while offering reduced overall performance to make the price more accessible.
What makes this portable projector stand out is support for USB-C Power Delivery (65W+), which allows you to power it using a compatible power bank or laptop charger for outdoor use or camping. It utilizes Time-of-Flight (TOF) sensors for real-time autofocus and automatic keystone correction for easy and instant setup.
You can project a 40-120-inch screen from just 3.7-18.6 feet away. However, the company recommends placing it at around 9.3 feet (2.83 meters) for best results on a 100-inch screen size.
The projector offers 300 ANSI Lumens brightness, similar to BOOM air but skips the Google TV ecosystem, which is a major downgrade, but it is a licensed smart TV with built-in Netflix, YouTube, and Prime. It has two 8W speakers with Dolby Audio in its integrated speaker base. You can control the projector with the included IR remote or the Aurzen companion mobile app.

For physical connectivity, the D1 Air has two USB ports and also includes a 3.5 mm audio jack. Other highlighting features include two-way Bluetooth, adjustable brightness levels, dual-band Wi-Fi, sleep timer, 30,000-hour lamp life, HDR10, and 4K support.
The Aurzen D1 Air projector weighs 2.1 kg and includes an adjustable stand that supports wall-to-ceiling projection. The base features a U-shaped stand with two supports that connect to the main projector body. This design looks more stable when projecting on the ceiling.
The Aurzen D1 Air portable projector is now available for purchase for $200 through Amazon.
