Ever dreamt of sleeping under the open sky on a cushy bed? Well, take a trip to Colorado and book this entire cabin in Del Norte to experience just that. Dubbed the Star of the Wild cabin, this one-of-a-kind stay will have you stop in your tracks with its wild, raw, and natural beauty. The cabin is perfect for a couple who likes to spend some time away from their busy schedules, chasing stars and peace. The highlight of the cabin is the bed that rolls out onto the balcony, allowing you to sleep under the stars in absolute comfort.

The Star of the Wild is the ultimate stargazing retreat, giving many wanderers a cozy shelter. There are plenty of outdoor activities to relax or give you an adrenaline rush. You can sit by the fire pit and enjoy the glorious sunset, undertake trails in the wilderness, or soothe muscles in the wood-fired hot tub for a relaxing time. The property also has a wild shower in the greenhouse, about a hundred yards from the cabin, which is more like outside with screens all around.

Feeling tired? Step indoors and feel right at home. The interior boasts a single-floor plan with a bed for two, a living area, a dining area, a full bathroom, and a tiny kitchen. Everywhere you look, the wooden accents throughout the house bring in warmth and a feeling of being one with nature. There’s seating space facing the outdoors, perfect for enjoying your morning coffee with someone.

Across the seating area, there’s a tiny workspace in case you feel like working and sorting some important tasks. Behind the living area, there’s a dining table to enjoy food.

Though you can always eat out, the kitchen of the off-grid Colorado cabin offers a two-burner cooktop, mini refrigerator, and some basic kitchen cutlery. The adjacent bed, as we aforementioned, rolls out onto the balcony, where you can slowly drift to sleep while counting the stars. If you want to go inside, the bed rolls back in effortlessly without getting out of bed. When nature calls, there’s a full bathroom too. According to the hosts, the cabin is off-grid and entirely powered by solar.
