Living in a tiny house doesn’t always mean compromising on lifestyle or space, and this gooseneck tiny house with a covered porch proves that effortlessly. Built by Tennessee Tiny Homes, the off-grid tiny house features a minimalistic, open floor interior with a kitchenette, dining setup, a spacious bathroom with a separate mudroom-style entrance from the porch, plenty of storage, and a bedroom at the gooseneck.

To facilitate off-grid living, the tiny house has six solar panels along with eight battery banks providing ample power. No worrying about the water storage, as it features an 800+gallon fresh water storage capacity. It is 38 feet long and features 323 square feet of total area.

A wooden door takes you into an open floor plan of the 38-foot dwelling. The kitchenette has a counter with a sink. There is no cooktop, but that can be remedied, as there is plenty of room. There is a built-in breakfast bar and chairs placed opposite it. A refrigerator right next to the countertop.

A seven-section cabinet sits next to the fridge that stores all your essentials for you. There is an oven placed on top of the cabinet to take care of cooking. Opposite this cabinet is the storage area for accessories and clothes. A window on each side is placed in this area that lets in natural light.

There are more cabinets on the side of the bed for everything else that needs some space to rest. Well, you might be thinking where the bathroom is. Next to the entrance door is a sliding door that takes you to the bathroom of the tiny house. It lies opposite the bedroom.

The bathroom is one space in the house that is really important. It features a bathtub for you to relax in at the end of the day. A curtain divides the bath area from the toilet. It includes a flush, a vanity, and a full-fledged storage for all your necessities and towels. There is a mudroom-style entrance to the bathroom from the porch.

The gooseneck tiny house features a warm wood shiplap interior, an exterior shed, and has AC and heat installed. It features a metal roof and can go fully off-grid. Priced at $77,000, the off-grid gooseneck tiny house is a cozy place for an individual and is up for sale on Tiny House Listings.
