Poland-based Bar-Tof is not exactly a household name in the tiny house manufacturing industry. It has neither a massive Instagram following nor a YouTube channel to market its builds. What it does have is a reputation built almost entirely on word of mouth, with over 15 years in micro-dwelling construction and nearly a dozen tiny homes to its name. One such build that recently caught our attention is the Mega tiny house on a foundation.
Measuring 39 feet long and 13 feet wide, the Mega tiny house offers 538 square feet of living space, which puts it squarely in the Park Model category. The single-level layout comfortably accommodates four people, with one traditional enclosed bedroom and a second multi-purpose room that can function as a guest bedroom or a home office. We will get to all these details below, but first, let’s take a look at the exterior.
As evident in the picture, the Mega tiny house boasts a wooden-and-metal exterior, complemented by large glazing to keep the interior bright throughout the day. The standout exterior feature is an optional porch accessed from both inside and outside. It is a glass-sided, roofed space connected to the secondary room’s entrance, serving as a transitional indoor-outdoor zone.
In terms of mobility, the Mega tips the scales at around 33,000 lbs, which clearly implies it is not a home meant for frequent relocation. The structural frame uses C24 construction timber rated across three snow zones and two wind zones, which signals a built for all-season permanence.
The tiny house floor, roof, and walls are insulated with PIR panels. A combination of underfloor heating in the main living areas and a split air-conditioning unit keeps the dwelling cozy. Other features include a wood-burning stove or an electric fireplace, either of which can be added as optional extras.

One of the two entrances opens directly into the kitchen-cum-lounge area, and this is where you begin to understand why this tiny home earns the Mega name. The kitchen boasts a U-shaped layout that allows for more cabinetry both above and below the countertop. Hat tip to autoevolution, which notes all furniture is custom-crafted with a dual-material design that contrasts textures and colors for a contemporary finish.
On the appliances front, the tiny house features a four-burner electric cooktop, an oven with microwave function, a dishwasher, and a large fridge-freezer. Interestingly, one section of the counter is deliberately wider. That is because it is designed to double as a breakfast bar with two to three seats. Adjacent to the kitchen is a lounge area that includes a separate dining zone with a full-size freestanding table and chairs. The makers point out that a sofa and alternate seating arrangements are available on request.
This brings us to the bedroom that sits at the far end of the home. It fits a queen-size bed with a slatted frame and includes a full-size closet alongside built-in cabinetry. The second room is at the opposite end of the home. Sandwiched between the lounge area and the bathroom, it has its own private outdoor access from the second entrance, so it can function as a mudroom, a guest bedroom, an activity area for kids, or a fully equipped home office, at the dweller’s request.

Lastly, we have the bathroom. It comes equipped with a glass-enclosed shower, an extra-long vanity countertop, mirrored doors, a wall-hung toilet, and a 50-liter hot water boiler. The space below the countertop accommodates both a washing machine and a dryer.
There is no word on the exact price of the Mega tiny house, but with plenty of space to boast and an array of features, we expect it to cost well above $120K, if not more.
