At Homecrux, we are excited about featuring new and interesting tiny homes, and the Timber Creek tiny house from US-based Cavco Industries caught our attention today. Poised on a triple-axle trailer, the mobile home offers 399 square feet of living space. While the manufacturer has not disclosed the exact dimensions of the dwelling, based on the overall space it boasts, we would estimate the tiny home to run close to 40 feet long and 10 feet wide.
The Timber Creek tiny house emphasizes durability and style. From the outside, it presents a low-maintenance profile that suits park settings well. This includes vinyl siding in a range of color options, paired with a shingle roof.
What caught our attention, though, is the front wall. The front wall of the Timber Creek tiny house features floor-to-ceiling glass, arranged as a bay window assembly with trapezoid windows above that trace the shape of the vaulted roofline. Spreading the glass across multiple angles this way pulls in light from more directions and gives a wider view of the surroundings than a single flat window could.
Behind those bay windows is the front living room. Unlike the compact living room found in traditional tiny homes, the Timber Creek’s living room is an open space built around a sleeper sofa and a recliner. Other features include an electric fireplace, TV, coffee table, and exposed accent ceiling beams that add ambience to the dwelling.
Adjacent to the living room is a U-shaped kitchen. It is equipped with dual-laminated countertops and backsplash. The kitchen includes under-counter and overhead cabinets for storage and comes with standard appliances including a stainless-steel refrigerator, a gas range, and a microwave mounted above it. Not to mention, a double-bowl stainless steel sink with a high-arch pull-out chrome faucet handles cleanup.

Next to the kitchen is the bathroom of the tiny house. It includes a vanity, shower, and a toilet. The most distinctive feature, though, is at the very back. The tiny house features a sunken bedroom that packs a queen-size bed and wardrobe. It comes with built-in end tables and a lift-up storage platform under the mattress. Since the bedroom floor sits lower, there is enough clearance above it for a spacious loft.
Overall, the Timber Creek tiny house sleeps six to eight people comfortably. As is the case with dwellings of this size, the Timber Creek tiny house runs on a standard RV-style hookup.
