You can enjoy sun all day long at your patio only if you’re lucky enough to have a house like Jarle Hegerland. This rotating house in Norway is built on a turntable-like foundation that rotates to follow the sun throughout the day and change views from windows.
How does it work?
There’s a large motor integrated into the base platform, which makes the whole dwelling spin. The platform is meant to be controlled via a remote. The owners have full freedom to control sunlight and outside views. However, most people, including us are wondering how did the architects manage to install plumbing and electricity.

Sadly, there’s isn’t much information, but it is indeed a great concept for stationary tiny houses. It is great especially for people living in colder regions who actually need more sun exposure to stay warm during winters.
