Tennessee-based Incredible Tiny Homes has recently introduced its newest model named the American Dream tiny house. The company claimed this lovely abode to be the most affordable housing solution that comes with an open, unfurnished layout. It offers spacious, functional, and comfortable living space, all in an incredibly affordable amount of $25,000. The single-lofted mobile home measures 24 feet long and 8 feet wide and offers a great amount of living space.
The gable roof adds a bit of character to the exterior. But what makes it more incredible is the use of thick panels integrated with metal inside-out that can be painted in any color with various types of siding. The white trims nicely frame the multiple windows that keep the interior flourished with natural light.
The interior is constructed in closed-cell polyurethane spray foam to keep it well-insulated. It accommodates a kitchen, an extremely large living area, a bathroom, and a spacious loft bedroom. Right next to the front door is a staircase leading to the loft. Interestingly, the first two steps are adjustable and can slide in and out to create more room and walking space. There is a water heater underneath the stairs to utilize the space perfectly.
There is a big kitchen on one side. It features a countertop, a farmhouse sink, cabinets, and drawers for storage. The appliances include a cooktop, a chimney, space for a toaster, a microwave, and a washer-dryer unit under the countertop. There is a massive space in the kitchen for a full-size refrigerator. A bathroom is past the kitchen with a full shower and a toilet.

On the other end is a spacious living area with an air-conditioner for regulated temperature and a bay window. So much can be done with this amount of space, you can decorate the space however you want to match your vibes. The windows in the living area make the room feel bigger and livelier. You can adjust a large sofa with a table, even a closet for storing various items.
The loft bedroom can easily fit a king-size bed with some storage. It has two egress windows to keep the room light-filled and ventilated. The American Dream tiny house is full of amenities and you can add and customize additional features. Moreover, you can get this house with or without dormers with the same layout, amenities, and comfort. It costs $25,000 without dormers, while the price hikes up to $30,000 for the same unit with dormers.
