Polish builder Mobi House is adept at creating micro-dwellings with precise designs and enticing features. The recently unveiled Mobi Individual Baobab tiny house is minimalist and monochromatic and features a rooftop terrace, luxurious living room, two lofts, compact kitchen, and full bathroom. Although it is more of a peahen compared to its colorful counterparts, the moody dual-tone exterior of the Baobab has an intricate texture and pattern created by the wood planks and anthracite sheet metals. The rooftop terrace is nothing new for Mobi as it has successfully incorporated many rooftop spaces in previous models. This rooftop terrace can be accessed via a foldable ladder that comes with the house.

Big windows and French doors dot the exterior, keeping the house well-ventilated and light-filled. The French door leads into the open-plan, Scandinavian-inspired interior, where a living room with a low ceiling occupies one end of the house, while the bathroom and the tiny kitchen sit on the other end.

The living room has an L-shaped sofa, which can double as an additional sleep station for one. It has ample room for a coffee table and a couple of side tables. A wall-mounted television keeps the area well-put and social.

The lounge is under the primary loft bedroom which is accessible via a typical staircase with a rope railing. The lockable loft offers complete privacy and has considerably higher headroom. It has a double-frame mattress, a side table, and space for adding storage solutions.

On the other side of the house, a compact kitchen is minimalistic in design and clad in matte black. Clean and sleek, the kitchen has an induction cooktop with a range hood, oven, dishwasher, sink, and refrigerator. To keep the space well organized and tiny, the builder outfitted it with numerous overhead and under-counter cabinets.

Opposite the cooking area is a storage-integrated staircase leading to the secondary loft bedroom. The space under the stairs is well utilized to snuck the refrigerator and includes multiple storage cabinets and drawers to store kitchen essentials and whatnot. Above, the loft bedroom comes with twin mattresses, a nightstand, and a privacy wall.

Past the kitchen, a mirrored door leads to the bathroom. The bathroom is highly functional in a tiny footprint. It has a tiled shower stall, a toilet, a vanity sink, and storage.

Although there is no word on the pricing of the Baobab tiny house, all Mobi houses are priced between €38,000 and €90,000 (roughly $41,200 and $97,700). For more information, you can contact the builder.
