Workspace Design Show is the UK’s leading exhibition for workspace interiors, where you can explore the latest workplace products and ignite your creativity through thought-provoking talks and immersive programs. For 2025, the event’s theme, “activate the senses,” focused on creating immersive workplace environments that go beyond aesthetics by involving multiple senses like sight, sound, and touch to improve well-being, productivity, and mood.

The event was attended by the top architects, designers, occupiers, developers, consultants, co-working companies, and fit-out companies. This year, more than 150 international exhibitors showcased workplace solutions across various categories, including furniture, lighting, acoustics, surfaces, biophilia, technology, and more. Interested in exploring the best workplace designs that emerged from the event? We have compiled a list that provides a glimpse at the multi-sensory design that remained at the forefront of the event.
