If you don’t already have a portable power backup system, now is the perfect time to start looking for one to brace yourself for adventures in the mountains and unexpected power outages. At CES 2026, the biggest and first consumer electronics show of the new year, we are likely to see a host of home backup companions on the show floor. At the BLUETTI booth, per se, you can find the Elite 300, the company’s compact and high-capacity portable power station featuring 3kWh (3,014Wh) of LiFePO4 battery.

BLUETTI has had a good run up to the end of 2025. The clean energy company, which focuses on providing clean and independent energy storage solutions for every household, caught attention with its Black Friday deals, which went live along with the launch of the palm-sized Elite 10 ($139). Expanding on its focus to make high-power solutions for home and on-the-go adventures more portable in 2026, BLUETTI has designed the Elite 300 as the most compact 3 kWh power station out there: it’s barely bigger than its 2 kWh model.

BLUETTI’s Elite 300 is one of the key units in its home backup and adventure series. It has a 3014.4Wh battery capacity and delivers 2,400W of continuous output. The Elite 300 also works as a 10ms UPS for seamless backup to keep the fridge or security systems running uninterrupted. From this single, lightweight, and reliable unit, you can run high-demand appliances like air conditioners, power tools, or pumps during outages, while also protecting your food and security at home.

Its compact size and convenient weight make the Elite 300 home and RV ready. A simple and convenient solution for instant backup when power drops, the Elite 300 enjoys a Power Lifting Mode in the BLUETTI app, which allows you to spike the output up to 4,800W for high-power devices. This makes it an ideal partner for long road trips or home backup. The power station has up to 11 outputs and an additional Wake-up mode on the app to remotely control or set auto power schedules on the Elite 300 over Wi-Fi.

Given the versatility in terms of output ports and how you can charge, the Elite 500 accepts power from both the regular 240V supply, and you can plug a solar-type charger as well. There is no wireless charging here, which has been on some of the similar power stations before, but a little display onboard keeps you informed about the power status. You can check all the additional details about what’s connected and how power is being distributed on the BLUETTI app.

The Elite 300 has already gone on sale in Australia, starting December 15. For the serious takers, it is available for an introductory price of AUD $2,599 until December 31. Those in North America can expect the first preview of the portable power station at the Las Vegas Convention Center from 4 to 9 January 2026.
