At CES 2026, BSH Home Appliances is making a strong case for why the future kitchen will be smarter, more personal, and far more intuitive. Bosch is showcasing its biggest CES presence yet, bringing together practical AI, precision German engineering, and premium design across its entire home appliance lineup. From cooking and cleaning to coffee and connectivity, the focus this year is clear: technology that genuinely helps people in their everyday lives.

The star of Bosch’s CES 2026 showcase is Bosch Cook AI, an intelligent new cooking assistant built into the Home Connect app. Unlike traditional recipe apps that simply tell you what to do next, Bosch Cook AI actively guides you through the cooking process in real time. Powered by agentic artificial intelligence and Bosch’s own sensors and appliance technologies, it adapts itself based on what you’re cooking, what ingredients you have, and how multiple appliances are being used together.

Coffee lovers are also getting a serious upgrade. Bosch has partnered with Amazon to integrate Alexa+ generative AI into its 800 Series fully automatic espresso machine. Instead of tapping buttons or scrolling through menus, users can talk to the machine naturally, just like they would to a barista. From adjusting strength and milk texture to refining daily routines, the AI understands conversational commands and uses machine learning to improve results over time. The outcome is highly personalized, café-quality coffee made effortlessly at home, showing how conversational AI can elevate even familiar appliances.

Cleaning technology is another major highlight. Bosch is launching its first-ever cordless stick vacuums for North America, the Unlimited 9 and Unlimited 10 models. These vacuums feature Bosch’s exclusive MicroClean Technology, which can capture up to 99.9 percent of dust, including microscopic particles as small as 0.3 microns. A built-in sensor detects what the eye can’t see, while a MicroClean LED ring turns blue to signal when a surface is truly clean. Powered by a high-efficiency brushless motor made in Germany, these vacuums also come with a reassuring 10-year motor warranty.

Bosch isn’t just showing smart appliances; it is also demonstrating how thoughtful AI, sensors, and design can work together to make daily life easier, more enjoyable, and surprisingly human.
