Bringing its AI cooking tech indoors, Brisk It has launched the Neoma AI Countertop Oven at CES 2026, which acts as a nutritionist and a kitchen assistant. Powered by Brisk It’s Vera AI, Neoma is the brand’s first indoor appliance by the grill maker.
It aims to simplify home cooking needs by offering automated recipes, grocery lists, and real-time cooking adjustments through the app and cameras to make the entire process seamless. This move from outdoor grills to indoor ovens signals a broader push in the customer electronics toward intelligent home devices that can streamline everyday tasks.

The indoor appliance helps create budget-friendly dishes, curated to your diet and other lifestyle needs. The compact, countertop oven combines convection heating with AI-driven controls. It allows you to input simple commands, like “bake a cake,” and receive comprehensive, step-by-step instructions.
As far as convenience is concerned, the Neoma AI Countertop Oven is designed with the knowledge of how to cook every food, enhancing its flavor to the maximum. It takes the guesswork out of cooking for you, while the app guides you through each step of the process, or you can use it in autonomy mode.

The oven has a temperature range from 90 to 450 degrees Fahrenheit, allowing you to bake, roast, air fry, and more, with cooking timings ranging from one minute to 12 hours. The appliance comes with accessories, including an air fry basket, a baking pan, an oven rack, and a crumb tray. Its steel construction with a glass door makes it well-suited for most kitchens.
Neoma also learns your likes, dislikes, dietary requirements, and budget, so it can better cater to your daily meals, shop for groceries, and have them delivered at your doorstep. This particular feature makes it a useful addition to busy households. It offers fully personalized dining every day. Set to hit Kickstarter in February before a wider Spring launch, the Brisk It Neoma AI Countertop Oven is expected to retail for $500.
