It isn’t surprising that a downsized lifestyle should attract minimalists. With a compact footprint and necessities as its driving forces, the tiny house industry, however, caters to people from all walks of life. The Calendula tiny house on wheels by the Polish manufacturer Mobi House is a micro-dwelling that will mostly appeal to a minimalist. Its clean lines and utterly uncluttered spaces make for a simple and functional home for two.

Built on a double-axle trailer, the tiny house measures 19-foot-long, 7-foot-wide, and 10-foot-high. The exterior features high-quality Scandinavian spruce and a standing seam metal roof. Inside the dwelling, Mobi House used Scandinavian spruce to keep it aesthetical and cozy.

A single glass door opens into the open-plan interior. A living room occupies one end of the house. It is a bright space and has a built-in couch with storage. If needed, it can sleep one person. A wall-mounted television is installed high above the entrance to be viewed from the living room.

A fully functional kitchen is on the other side. It is outfitted with a two-burner induction cooktop, a sink, a stainless steel backsplash, a range hood, wooden countertops, and overhead and under-counter cabinets. It even has a fold-down table to be used as a dining area or workstation, with two foldable chairs that can be neatly stashed above the kitchen.

Opposite the kitchen, a storage-integrated staircase leads to the loft bedroom. The space under the stairs can house a refrigerator, an oven, and even a laundry setup, keeping things out of sight while offering the comforts of a regular home.

The loft bedroom is carpeted and has plenty of windows to keep it bright and well-ventilated. It can fit a king-size bed, a couple of nightstands, and a small bookrack.

Under the loft, the bathroom is accessible via a mint green sliding door past the kitchen. It has a vanity sink, a shower stall, a toilet, and a couple of wall-mounted shelves to store toiletries.

The tiny houses by Mobi House are priced between €38,000 and €90,000 (roughly $41,200 and $97,700). Given that each dwelling is custom-made, the exact pricing for the Calendula tiny house is unknown. For more information, you can contact the builder.
