Given the skyrocketing rents and backbreaking mortgages, a tiny house can be a great investment. If you are not married to the idea of life on the road, then an extra-wide dwelling could be perfect for you, just like the Camden tiny house. Built by Texan Indigo River Tiny Homes, the Camden tiny house has two bedrooms and is spacious enough to accommodate a family of three to four people. Powered by a standard RV-style hookup, the Camden is modern in its looks and offers perfect privacy to the dwellers in the bedrooms.

It is based on a triple-axle trailer and has engineered wood finishing and a steel roof. As you enter the tiny house through the sleek glass door, you get to witness the spacious living area that will give you calm evenings with your family. The kitchen and living room are coexisting with an open plan space on the ground floor. It is luminous with windows and spacious enough to fit a sofa, a coffee table, and a TV, making it fit for family time.

The kitchen of the house centers the living area and has an L-shaped, real-wood cabinet painted in a blue tone. It also consists of a propane-powered oven, a three-burner stove, and a full-height pantry that takes care of all your cooking essentials. Although there are no upper cabinets, some shelves are provided to sort all your mugs and bowls. The cooking area also has a designated space for a refrigerator, microwave, and kitchen appliances.

Turn right from the kitchen, and you can see the master bedroom that includes a queen-size bed platform with built-in storage. The platform is sandwiched between twin wardrobes that increase the storage space and keep your things organized. The bedroom has a clever shelving system that lines the entire room, increasing the functionality. Moreover, it is completely isolated from the house through a full wall and a door, a rare feature in tiny homes.

The secondary sleeping space is the cozy loft located on the opposite end above the bathroom. The loft is spacious enough to fit a full-size mattress and is filled with natural light because of the windows present. The loft is easily accessible with a removable ladder from the living area.

Under the loft is the bathroom with a walk-in shower and a flushing toilet. Opposite the shower stall, there is a vanity sink and a mirror flanked by twin cabinets that keep all your toiletries sorted and organized. The bathroom also has hookups for a stackable washer and dryer.

While the interior boasts minimalism and comfort with style, the exterior is no less. The facades are painted in a soft grey tone and are accented with black trim around the windows and the door. The high-efficiency vinyl windows add to the elegant exterior of the tiny house.

The Camden tiny house by Indigo River Tiny Homes is 30 feet in length, 13.5 feet in height, and 10 feet in width, which means it will require a permit to tow it on the road. However, it is suitable for spending longer times in a single location. The Camden is modern and functional, and the neutral colors add to its aesthetics. The tiny house has multiple windows that make it soaked in sunlight and is currently up for sale at $129,000.
