Phoenix-based builder Uncharted Tiny Homes has a flair for creating lavish micro-dwelling that offers the thrill of life on the road without compromising the luxuries of home. The Château tiny house by the manufacturer is one such mobile family abode. The 34-foot-long tiny house on wheels features a downstairs bedroom, a home office, an open-floor kitchen, a huge bathroom, a snug living room, and a sleeping loft. It is one of the company’s bigger models and can sleep up to six people.
Built on a triple-axle trailer, the Château tiny house has a gray board and batten exterior. A pair of French doors leads into the open-floor layout which is remarkably cozy and spacious. Opposite the entrance, an open-style kitchen is located. It is outfitted with an integrated cooktop, oven, big sink, dishwasher, generous wooden countertops, under-counter and overhead cabinets, and a stainless steel refrigerator.
On one side of the kitchen is the downstairs bedroom. The first-level bedroom features a king-size bed with storage underneath, a television, and a big closet. The other side of the kitchen is occupied by a living room, which is ideal for relaxing and entertaining. It has a convertible sofa to provide additional sleeping space. The wall facing the sofa has an electric fireplace and a wall-mounted, rotatable television set which you can watch even from the kitchen.
Adjacent to the fireplace, a corner is turned into a small home office with a desk and two floating shelves. Next to the sofa, ladder rungs are fixed onto the sliding barn door that conceals the bathroom.

The residential-style bathroom is surprisingly spacious and can even fit a bathtub. The bathroom has a shower cabin, which is like an English telephone booth, a stackable washer/dryer unit, a vanity sink, and a composting toilet.
Overhead, a sleeping loft is designed to fit two people either on a king-size bed or twin beds. Flanked by two windows and nightstands, the sleeping loft is comfortable and spacious.
Pricing for the Château tiny house starts at $125,000, which is well justified, given the unit is outfitted with an air conditioning unit and a 40-gallon freshwater tank. Moreover, all the appliances are compatible with solar energy as the dwelling is equipped with an off-grid package.
