When it comes to tiny homes, most of us prefer models that are long and wide. The reason for this predilection is that we do not have much faith in compact mobile homes and their spaciousness. However, I firmly believe that smart and clever usage of space can make small spaces desirable and comfy, and this is exactly what Aussie Tiny Houses offers with its 19.6-foot model dubbed the Coolum 6.0.

Named after a beach in Queensland, Australia, the tiny house nomenclature doesn’t come as a surprise, as Aussie Tiny Houses has a penchant for nature and usually dubs its tiny home models after famous beaches, shorelines, and mountains. Moving on to the specifications of the compact house, it measures nearly eight feet in length and boasts an 11-foot high exposed rafter ceiling.

With an exterior comprising a gable roof and metal siding, the tiny house has a sliding entry door to let you inside. Upon entering the stylish tiny home, you are graced with a cozy and comfortable interior featuring a living room come bedroom, kitchen, and bathroom.

Coolum 6.0 has and large picture window allowing light to kiss the beautiful interior space. Beneath the window lies the living room/bedroom of the tiny house. It has a couch that can transform into a bed with two storage drawers underneath. Not to mention, a fold-down table and a stool facing the front door.

Next, we have the kitchen of the tiny house. It provides adequate bench space and a full-height pantry. The Coolum 6.0 kitchen has a number of appliances ranging from stainless steel gas cooktop with two burners, and an electric built-in oven. There is no dearth of storage despite compact size and Aussie Tiny Houses clad their kitchen with cabinets and drawers where suitable. There is also a wardrobe area facing the kitchen alongside a storage cupboard, plus space for a washing machine and a full-height fridge.

On the extreme end of the tiny house, we have a wide bathroom with a shower, vanity, and toilet. It is surprisingly large enough and features plenty of space for storage and shelving options. This also includes a storage loft above the bathroom suitable for suitcases, boxes, and other miscellaneous items. Aussie Tiny House has put Coolum 6.0 for sale at $107,900.
