Mimosa tiny house is perfect for residential or professional use and is a versatile option for many tiny living enthusiasts. Constructed by Massachusetts-based Da’Tiny, Mimosa tiny house offers a single-level layout. Ideal for couples or individuals, Mimosa tiny house measures 20-foot-long, 8.6-foot-wide, and 13-foot-high and offers a studio apartment charm with its open floor plan.

The exterior has CDX plywood sheathing with a metal roof and is wrapped in Tyvek house wrap to protect it from outdoor elements. The multitude of large, double-pane windows and a glass entry door maximize the flow of fresh air and natural light. Solar panels on the roof and energy-efficient LED lights throughout make the house sustainable.

The tiny house has 187 square feet of bright and minimal interior that is insulated and features a thermowood Finnish pine throughout. It oozes warmth and has a cozy open-floor bedroom by the entrance. Encompassed by windows and natural views of the outdoors, the bed is storage-integrated and offers a cozy space for sleeping.

There is a minimal shelf above the bed for displaying books and other decorative items. Next is a dining space with two chairs and a table. The unit is versatile and can be used for dining or working, depending on the requirement.

The modern kitchen is adjacent to it. It is outfitted with a countertop, range hood, ample cabinets above and below, a refrigerator, and a microwave for everyday convenience. The kitchen has a mini-split HVAC system for optimal year-round heating and cooling.
