Lately, tiny house manufacturers are redefining tiny homes, making them more suited to the changing needs of the dwellers. The Evergreen tiny house by Vagabond Haven is a true example of that. This tiny house gives up wheels and prioritizes spaciousness and flexibility over portability, making it perfect for folks who want to settle down and lay some roots.

Measuring 27 feet long, 19 feet wide, and 13 feet high, the Evergreen tiny house is made of two seamlessly connected modules, offering a spacious layout. The exterior flaunts thermowood and metal siding, a steel roof, well-insulated tempered glass 3-pane windows, and doors. The glass wool insulation keeps the dwelling weather-resistant in winter. You can also choose your favorite color for the façade, windows, door, and roof.

The interior of the Evergreen tiny house feels much more comfortable and open than other Vagabond Haven micro-dwellings, thanks to the large windows that keep the interior sunny while reducing the gap between indoor and outdoor. Providing 441 square feet of living space, the interior effortlessly accommodates a bathroom, two bedrooms, a kitchen, a living room, and a dining area, perfectly suited for a family.

At the entrance, you will find a bathroom enclosed by a hinged wooden door. It has an incinerating toilet, shower area, electric or gas water heater, vanity sink, and a few cabinets for toiletries. When you move a little further, you find a full-length mirror with a seat and an expansive cupboard for stacking belongings that can’t go anywhere else.

Further ahead, there’s a sweeping living room with an L-shaped sofa with a sleeping function and a large bookcase for displaying your extensive book collection and other decorative items for homely touches. There’s an entertainment zone with a TV and an elongated hanging open cabinet with compartments below.

For cooking, there’s a fully equipped kitchen. It is roomy and provides a perfect space for your dream recipes to come alive. You get enough three-layer oak board countertop space, and upper and lower cabinets. For the appliances, there’s a built-in dishwasher, electric or gas oven, induction cooktop, large fridge, and range hood, making cooking convenient and fun.

Opposite the cooking space, a dining setup with three chairs and a table allows you to eat facing the window, making every meal a joy. Behind the table, a wooden bench by the window with shelves offers a cozy seat to soak in the pretty outdoor views.

This tiny house has two bedrooms, offering a comfy space to slumber. The master bedroom, enclosed by a hinged wooden door, incorporates a double bed, a built-in wardrobe, and a personal TV. A tiny window filters in the outdoor views and natural light.

The second bedroom is smaller with a single bed, a desk, an armchair, and a bookcase. This room is good for kids who are in school or being homeschooled, as it offers an immersive setup for work and study. Both bedrooms offer privacy and coziness that people look for in modern homes.

The Evergreen tiny house comes with numerous customization options. The model also provides a myriad of off-grid or on-grid heating options, solar panels, water tanks and pump, a rainwater harvesting system, and more, making the tiny house a practical and efficient option for a family.

You get an unfurnished Evergreen for 70,600 € (roughly $83,700). For more information on pricing for both furnished and unfurnished models and customization options, check the company’s website.
