When it comes to making the space in a compact, tiny house look bigger, smart interior design choices play a significant role. The Five Four tiny house by Australian Designer Eco Tiny Homes is an epitome of breathable design in a limited footprint. Measuring 17 feet long, 7 feet wide, and 14 feet high, this mobile dwelling manages to squeeze in a loft, an open-floor bedroom with storage, a kitchenette, and a bathroom. All these additions make it suitable for a small family or a couple.

The Five Four tiny house is dotted with windows and a glass sliding entrance door, creating a comforting space drenched in sunlight, along with an unobstructed indoor-outdoor connectivity. Fostering relaxation and connectivity, the interior of the tiny house has fine woodwork, emitting warmth and comfort. The vaulted ceiling creates a sense of spaciousness.

The small kitchen is sufficient for prepping and relishing meals for a family without feeling cramped or restrained. Despite the space constraints, the builder has built the kitchen as functionally as possible. It is outfitted with a countertop, basic storage, and shelves, along with a mini refrigerator, range hood, cooktop, and designated space for a microwave. The windows in the kitchen keep you entertained with outdoor views.

Adjoining the kitchen is the open-floor bedroom. Instead of a lounge area, a raised bed occupies the space, with adequate storage underneath a seating area. The bedroom is encompassed by profile windows, inviting nature indoors.

On the opposite side of the kitchen, below the loft bedroom, is the bathroom. The woodwork in this space is flawless. Apart from the woodwork, the bathroom is well-designed with a shower, a full-size vanity sink, a toilet, and a sliding door for privacy.

Priced at AUD 84,900 (roughly $55,000), the Five Four tiny house offers plenty of options, from off-grid essentials to various finishing touches. You can also enjoy the liberty of having a single loft or no loft, options are available.
