Canada-based Fritz Tiny Homes has released several iterations of its Halcyon model, including the two-bedroom model and Halcyon Stay, a version designed especially for vacation rentals. The latest offering from the company is Halcyon Grand, which is packed with everything you need for a comfortable stay in a 400-square-foot area (467 to be exact). This park model tiny house is designed for efficient luxury living with loads of storage, two private bedrooms, a full kitchen with dining area, and a spa-like bathroom with high ceilings.
Just like its other tiny homes, this 44.5-foot model also features metal siding on the exterior. It comes with a small patio along with a large glass door to the front. There are numerous windows to bring in natural light to every part of the tiny house. Dual entry points make access inside easier.
The tiny house has a fully enclosed king-size master bedroom with floor-to-ceiling glass windows and a door opening onto the patio. The residents can enjoy outdoor views while sleeping on the bed. There is also a private queen loft bedroom for an additional sleeping area.
The tiny house has a full kitchen with a dining table for four. Up next is the living room with a cozy sofa. The bathroom with a shower/bathtub, room for a full-size washer and dryer, and a utility room lies on the other end. Its position may be an issue for some when needing access from the bedroom, as you have to cross the entire floor to reach the bathroom.
