“Simple living, high thinking,” is what makers at Florida-based Simplify Further Tiny Homes believe in. Attuned with the higher purpose of simplifying and maximizing the lives of tiny house enthusiasts, this family-owned company aims to provide dwellers with a rich experience of connection, freedom, and comfort through its stunning and functional builds.

Goa Tiny House is one of their singular dwelling reflecting the company’s philosophy. It boasts 252 square feet of living space, accommodating two spacious sleeping lofts, a roomy bathroom, cozy living area, and more, making the tiny house a perfect home for a small family looking to go tiny.

Measuring 24 feet long, 8 feet wide, and 13 feet high, the exterior of the tiny house has a gulf rib metal roof, LP smartside painted lap siding with hardi board and batten trim, and sealed and stained pine tongue and groove accents. Custom colors are available.

However, it’s the wooden interior of the tiny house that is compelling and inviting. Oozing warmth, the lounge area is a cozy space, occupied with a sofa, a coffee table, and windows for warm natural light. You can enjoy the outdoor views during the day and binge-watch your favorite show on a projector at night. So, the living room is not just a space to sit, but to relax and entertain as well.

The living room seamlessly flows into the kitchen for conversation and connectivity to thrive. It’s fairly spacious, considering the size of the house and is outfitted with necessary appliances, including a refrigerator, microwave, and a cooktop. Equipped with lots of cabinets, drawers in a gorgeous blue, and a generous countertop space, everything is accessible in the kitchen, making cooking a lot easier and fitting. There is also a dining set-up, where you can enjoy home-cooked meals.

The bathroom is adjacent to the lounge area, below the loft. Designed with practicality and comfort in mind, the bathroom is outfitted with a shower pan or a full-size tub, a vanity sink, and a gravity flush toilet. You can also opt for a composting toilet for more sustainable choices.

Things get even better in those cozy lofts. The master loft bedroom is above the kitchen, accessible via storage-integrated stairs. It’s a cocooning space for a peaceful slumber. However, there is not much headroom, but cozy enough for a good night’s sleep. The second loft is above the bathroom, accessible via a ladder. It’s much brighter than the master loft, thanks to windows to soak the space in warmth and natural light.

The Goa Tiny House offers a fresh water hose inlet, an electric tankless water heater, as well as a power hookup, making living in this tiny house more accessible and comfortable. Now, you can live large in this small tiny house for just $65,000 as its starting price.
