Once a popular Airbnb rental in Vermont, the Green Monster tiny house is a 26-foot-long micro-dwelling outfitted with dual lofts, a full kitchen, a huge bathroom, and a snug living room. The Green Monster tiny house on wheels is available for sale in its fully-furnished condition. Flaunting a modern farmhouse interior, the dwelling features pine ceilings and shiplap walls, and a high-quality steel siding exterior.

The compact abode is decked with modern appliances and can accommodate a small family of four with ease. The green and white exterior is dotted with big windows and a full glass entrance.

The entrance opens into the living room, where a convertible couch, adds an option for additional accommodation, a live-edge coffee table, a storage caddy, and a wall-mounted television. A standard ladder leads to the secondary loft from the living room. It can sleep two people on a queen-size mattress with not much room for anything else.

Past the living room, a huge kitchen takes up the center stage in the house. It is outfitted with a fold-down breakfast table, quartz countertops, a porcelain farmhouse sink, a dishwasher, a two-burner induction cooktop, a convection toaster oven, a refrigerator, an over-the-range microwave and hood, a large pantry cabinet with pull-out storage drawers.

Opposite the cooking station, a storage-integrated staircase provides ample storage. The primary loft bedroom has a king-size bed and space for a small cabinet.

Under the loft, a residential-style bathroom is installed. It has a fiberglass shower stall, a vanity sink, a washer/dryer unit, a flush toilet, and a built-in dresser and closet area. Priced at $95,000, the Green Monster tiny house is a wonderful option for someone looking to switch to downsized living.
