The Hamilton 13000 tiny house is designed to give you the pleasure of living in utmost luxury without compromising comfort. Designed by Australian builder Alphaline Tiny Homes, this dwelling is suitable as a vacation rental or as a full-time residence as it sleeps four to six people in an eclectic layout. The Hamilton measures 43 feet long, 12 feet wide, and 10 feet high to give an opulent living experience in a park model. The exterior flaunts superior steel framing, engineered for an impressive look.
This tiny house has a single-level layout with an expansive living area that turns into a covered patio, a full-size kitchen, a bathroom, and three bedrooms. The bedrooms include a master bedroom with a king-size bed while the other two embrace a bunk bed-style to create more room in each.
The generous living room is located in the center of the house and has glazed roof and folding glass walls on the sides, essentially transforming it into a covered patio when the residents wish to connect with surroundings. Making it the perfect entertainment spot, the builder included an L-shaped sofa facing a wall-mounted TV with shelves below. Although it is notable that some of these features may be customized, which you can confirm with the builder. The space also accommodates a fixed dining table at an angle to seat a small group of people to enjoy happy meals and indoor-outdoor setting.
On one side of the living are is the kitchen with a countertop, a sink, multiple cabinets, drawers, and a large pantry for storing various essentials. The appliances include a cooktop and a refrigerator. A luxurious bathroom is designed next to the kitchen and can be accessed via a door in the living room or from the master bedroom. It features a shower, a toilet, a vanity sink, and a washer-dryer unit.
The master bedroom is located at one end of the house. It fits a queen-size bed with a shelf that you can decorate it with plants and books, a wardrobe, and space to get dressed. Multiple shuttered pivot windows keep the room fresh and bright.

The two bunk bedrooms are across the lounge area and have separate entrances. One leads to the lower bunk bedroom and the other one to the upper bunk bedroom.
