The Backcountry Tiny Homes has again demonstrated its relevance in the tiny house industry with the Hemlock tiny house. The builders might have been inspired by the wild, resilient, and adaptable nature of the Hemlock plant, resulting in this tiny house on wheels with rustic charm and chock-full of modern amenities.

The Hemlock tiny house generously measures 30 feet long and 8 feet wide, and the exterior is a regular mix of metal and lap siding. There’s a balcony as well to make visitors feel more welcoming. The gaggle of windows accentuates the look of the exterior, while keeping the interior bright and airy.

For the interior, natural T&G knotty pine walls, ceiling, and trim keep the house enveloped in warmth. Not to mention the exceptional woodwork that gives a feeling of living in a wooden cabin in the wild. The tiny house on wheels has 270 square feet of living space that is open to customization, depending on the build option you are opting for. It’s not unusual for Backcountry Tiny Homes to leave much room for the dwellers’ imagination. Anyway, this liberally spacious interior lodges a loft bedroom, kitchen, bathroom, and a living room with extra bedding for guests.

First up is the living room that packs a sleeper sofa and a fireplace to keep the house warm during the winter season. This sofa doubles as an additional sleeping space for guests or family members. Now that we are all sorted with an additional sleeping space, let’s move on to the kitchen, which shares the same floor space as the living room. This is a midsize kitchen fitted with a gas range, microwave, range hood, and a refrigerator. The wood veneer countertop provides enough surface area to prep meals. Since people sitting in the living room will be entertaining you, there’s no chance you are going to feel left out. There are some cabinets and open shelves for kitchen essentials.

From the kitchen, you can enter the bathroom. This section features a plumbed toilet, an alcove shower with acrylic walls and a stationary shower head, a vanity sink, and a laundry nook doubling as storage. There’s a tankless water heater to enhance your tiny house experience.

There’s only one sleeping quarter in the Hemlock tiny house, which is above the bathroom. The sleeping nook is accessible via storage-integrated stairs, providing extra storage in the house. The best thing about the loft bedroom is that you can fully stand in here with ease. The bed area is raised and is accessible via a fold-down platform. It can fit a queen-size mattress, making sure you sleep better and wake up energetic. If you are tired of sleeping all day, then you can walk-out into the balcony from a separate door in the bedroom to get some fresh air. On the balcony, you can immerse yourself in the beauty of nature.

The Hemlock tiny house is built with quality materials, making it an ideal choice for year-round use. If you fancy the prospect, the company is offering this tiny house as a turnkey for $113,700, as unfurnished for $105,500, and as a shell for $60,300, allowing clients to complete the interior as they see fit.
